Cancellations/Refund: We would prefer 24 hours notice for a cancellation, but those cancelled after 12 pm (noon) on the same day will be charged as a payed lesson and not refunded.
If for some reason you decide to cancel your program, you will be charged at the single session rate for the total sessions. For example if you bought a 1 Athlete, 3 month, twice a week program, and decided to cancel after 10 sessions, you will be refunded the difference of what you paid – $500 ($50*10). For 2 athletes programs the single session rate will be $80.
For all lessons requiring a paid facility rental, no cancellations will be accepted.
Payments: Sessions are required to be paid days in advance if a facility rental is paid for and are required to be paid in advance for each session at anytime before the session starts. Programs are to be paid monthly before the first session of each month. Other payment plans will be considered, though not discounted until a certain number of sessions are reached.
Child’s Safety: Keaton is currently certified by the American Heart Association standards for : First Aid/Adult CPR & AED & Child CPR & AED. In order to be employed by Lake Washington School District and the Eastlake Sammamish Baseball Association, Keaton undergoes thorough criminal background checks every year.
