2-Month Program 3-Month Program 4-Month Program In-Season Program
The in-season program is a once a week, or 20 lesson program during the baseball season. During the season, the athlete’s energy and commitment should be to his team, though it is important to meet and discuss his performance and stay on track. Eash lesson will primarily be a light bullpen tune-up and talking about what went on during the week, the positives, the negatives, and a course of action to improve performance. It will be light on strength and conditioning but will address in-season strength maintainance and maintaining velocity and arm strength. During transistion times between school and summer ball, a more intensive session can take place to make sure the athlete does not detrain and maintains peak performance.
This program is offered from March to July and is $180/month for a single athlete and $288/month for two athletes.
This program can be combined with an off-season program for a 15% discount off the total. Depending upon the athletes schedule, we may not be able to meet for mutliple weeks, or meet a few times a week. You are free to use your sessions in any way you wish. If you decide to cancel the program, you will be refunded based on a $55 hourly rate.
